If you refer a job candidate who is ultimately hired by ACL, you will receive a monetary award once that employee completes 90 days of service with ACL. Awards are as follows:
- $200 Non Exempt position
- $500 Exempt position
- $1000 Exempt IT Programmer position
To be eligible, you must submit a completed employment application with an Employee Referral form to Human Resources before it is received from any other source. All referrals will remain active for six (6) months. All employees below General Manager are eligible. Managers and Supervisors are eligible provided the referral is hired in a department other than his/her own. Only offers made by the Human Resources Department will be considered valid offers under this program.
The following is a brief highlight of the excellent benefits that ACL
